From what we have experienced–the NBC and the construction company seem not to be in sinc with one another—or are they? This seems to be just another ongoing project, that began this summer, and the residents in the community have no say about it.

I’m just wondering about what the requirements are for people removing big old trees. Is green space protected? This is the second property I own in Providence where the neighbors take a large old tree is taken down. Thanks
