[Summit] Strip Mall on Hope Street

It looks like the builder has already started building.  However, I was
thinking that perhaps we could still persuade him to change his plans by
writing a letter saying we intend to boycott any businesses that go in
there and have everyone sign it.  As we wouldn't want to penalize an
innocent business owner, I was thinking that it would be best to stand
around with signs or contact potential business owners and let them know
what we are planning so they do not invest in the property?

Does anyone else have thoughts about this?  Is it a good, bad,
ridiculous idea?

I just feel like we need to get more serious about our pressure on the
owner.
