The George Wiley Ctr is asking people to call House
Majority Leader Gordon Fox to set up a meeting with
Wiley Center members to get the (Percentage of Income
Payment Plan) PIPP bill out of committee and onto the
House floor.  This is House Bill # 7735.

Gordon Fox' phone # is 222-2447.
His home # is 272-0113

The PIPP bill would allow low income households pay 6%
of their income for heat and electricity.

Remainder of bills would be paid by funds from several
sources.
