[Summit] city fence laws?

I believe you'll have to get a survey. You may be suprised at the actual
location of the property line. A few years ago, the latest in a line a slum
lords who have owned the triple decker next to me wanted to get more
parking. He had his property surveyed and the result was that the existing
fence was two and a half feet on my side of the line! He sold the house and
I put up a new fence, reclaiming quite a large strip of my land.
