[Summit] Fw: Those with new sidewalks

I checked into this and the homeowner is in fact responsible for the
pipe between the meter and the street valve. I just got a few quotes for
this repair. $4000 for the digging and repair plus another $1000 to re-pour
the sidewalk. The water supply board said that they are in the process of
replacing all of the old lead lines as well as adding back-flow preventer
valves (all at the home owner's expense). In that case, I'm just slightly
ahead of everyone else. It seems that I would have had to pay for this
sooner or later but I think D'Ambra should at least re-pour the concrete for
free.
