[Summit] contractor for garage?

Hi everyone:

The sills on our ca. 1930 garage are rotting and need to be replaced.  This 
will involve jacking up the garage, digging out the old sills and either 
replacing them with new, pressure treated wood sills or pouring a concrete 
foundation.  Any suggestions for contractors?  We got one quote that was 
MUCH higher than we anticipated.  Thanks!
