[Summit] Stolen Checks from Mail

Hello Ann,
I'm sorry to hear that, but how were they able to pull that off without
proper ID??? What is the matter with those banks?? I would expect those
banks to return your funds, although you'll no doubt have some tedious
calling and visiting to do.
And are you sure the checks were actually delivered to your house in the
first place?  We get other people's mail at least several times a month, and
about as often we get "two" mail deliveries in one day; the extra delivery
is presumably a neighbor giving us mail they received which was addressed to
us.
And some stuff never shows up at all.
But this list discussed this mail issue already, about a year ago?
