[Summit] Fwd: Re: Posting Signs.

I hate to say this, but I'd only like to see bulletin
boards if they're located indoors.  As we saw with the
advertisement boxes, Hope Street is already cluttered,
and bulletin boards would add to the mess without
providing a guarantee that any of the telephone pole
activity would stop.  My recommendation is for
reasonable pole policies (leaving yard sales and such
up for a week but removing obnoxious advertisements)
plus a push for more indoor boards.
