...who has been on the road since roughly 1 pm today and just got  
home in Warwick at 5:35, spending most of those hours stuck in the  
city with my kids who were released from LaSalle Academy at 1  
pm  .... the Providence streets and the interstates are a DISGRACE.  
Half of 95 south, i.e. two whole lanes, hadn't even been plowed  
*once*!  blah  OK, I just needed to let off steam! thanks
