When I lived there, the mayor was roundly denouncing the practice of saving
parking spaces that way. Until someone asked him how many parking spaces HE
had shoveled that winter.  End of comments!
It was of course the moved parking space holders that lead to the
altercations.
I am SO HAPPY to have a driveway. (B'lee Ayin Hara [meaning nothing bad
should chance that])
