[Summit] Providence Tomorrow

As opposed to "sprawl" as I am I not sure why having anyone actually  
invest money into the street vs what has has happened over the last  
10 years of neglect is worse. Replacing a falling down building with  
a new building of equal nature seems like an improvement to me  
especially since I don't see people eager to invest on the street in  
any other capacity.

On a street with little to no inherent resources (preexisting quality  
architecture or amenities) I am unclear as to who else could be  
encouraged to invest in the area.
