[Summit] Noise levels at Hess

Hi Sheila,
Any city I have lived in, if a neighbor in another house plays too loud
music after say, usually 10 PM, so that it is disturbing you, you can call
the police and say the party is too loud. Why should a business be allowed
to be any different?
I assume your home is not in a commercial zone, even if the Gas station is.
I'm very sorry to hear of your problem. It would drive me batty in one
night. For me Hope Street traffic is bad enough. I like, no need, quiet, or
crickets and birds. I hope you can get help with this.

PS I have heard that the Boston subways are using Herb Alpert & the Tiajaña
Brass to discourage loitering. Certainly would discourage me!
