[Summit] hearing on comp plan

A reminder to all neighbors: There is a hearing on the Draft
Comprehensive Plan this coming Monday, October 1st, at 6:00 at City
Hall, 3rd floor.
 
The City Council is ready to pass this DRAFT plan, so that they can then
pass the new zoning ordinance which increases density and relaxes
restrictions on institutions. Please attend to oppose passage of this
draft plan until the neighborhood charrette process (which has just
begun) is complete and the specifics are then in the plan.   Liz
