[Summit] Fireworks Saturday night

That would be my upstairs neighbors at the corner or Camp and Rochambeau.
They were doing worse things than the fireworks as well. I came pretty
close to beating the crap out of one of them. They're about to be evicted,
and after the confrontation I had with them around 4AM that night, I doubt
they'll be lighting off any more fireworks.
