[Summit] Elected or Appointed School Committee

District of Columbia is a colony.  My friends in DC are always talking about
how the mayor runs roughshod over the community mostly in service to the
real estate speculators.  In other words DC is not a democracy, so the rich
get to play however they want, and call it accountability.  Greg gerritt
