[Summit] Trick or Treating?

Hi all -

Sorry if this is a stupid question - but I can't find the answer
anywhere on any of the local media webpages.  What are the plans
around here for Halloween?  By this I mean:  is there trick or
treating in our neighborhood, and if so - what time?

We moved here from Ohio in June, so this is all new.  And back in
Columbus the hours/info was always posted on the newspaper/tv news
sites, but like I said - I can't find anything about Providence.
Having a 7 year old and a 4 year old makes it pretty important that I
do.
