[Summit] replacement windows?

Good morning g to all.
Window is what i know something, not everything but we did a lot  
research,
so let me tell you what I learn about it:

1. replacement window takes away around 20% of the sunlight  because  
of the new frame.
2. they do not last that long unless you are willing to spend money  
with a good quality RW.
3. When you buy the cheap one you will get what you pay for.
4. If you have kids you should lear about LEAD SAFETY.
5. Many companies install the RW and they never finish outside of your  
trims, so your house could look terrible.
6. LEAD: it the company install the RW and do not use HEPA vaccum you  
could bring a lot of lead dust to your house
7. Cheap RW does not last that long, they will start to get get hit by  
the sun and soon you will have gaps around the case
8. Pella has many different levels of RW so you will get what you pay  
for. Also if you go to the net you will see many people not that happy  
with the Pella RW
9. Using RW you could be trashing a good old sash for nothing. More  
trash, more lead around your house, etc.
10. A good STORM WINDOW  as good and better than RW
11. In my option  NEVER INSTALL $ 200 RW.
12. many RW uses Argon Gas and it will leak after time.
