[Summit] discolored water

I have some nice original fixtures that showed no signs of discoloration until the work on the pipes - now there is a rusty colored stain in the toilets that does not scrub off.

I get discolored water occasionally, usually in my bathroom sink. I don't know what causes it. I live on
