[Summit] Please don't leave

I apologize if I crossed some line. I was only trying to propose something
strong that could be done about our still on-going crime problem, to get
SOMETHING moving. I proposed the idea that started the discussion because I
cared about our neighborhood and all of us who live here.

And when a few people responded in ways that I felt were overly critical and
misrepresented what I was trying to suggest- I tried to clarify and defend
myself.

I have not been aware of any guidelines that implied I shouldn't say what I
did, but I'm sorry some found this so unpleasant. I didn't much like it
myself

Please don't leave. We don't want the list decline into a bunch of
curmudgeons like me, do we?

Elianna
