Apologies to anyone who is receiving this twice, but I spotted this in the recent College Hill Neighborhood Association newsletter and wanted to share it.  If you're interested in what's going to happen to the land being opened up because of the I-195 relocation project, particularly the former Shooters site, please follow the link at the end to vote:

As the Interstate 195 relocation project winds down, some space between the highway and Narragansett Bay in the Fox Point neighborhood will open up. There has been much public discussion about what to do with the land, specifically the parcel that the state took over that included the former Shooters nightclub. Neighborhood advocates would like the head of the Bay to become a resource that all people would have access to. Providence Business News is running an internet poll to canvass people's interests and build support for public use of the space. More than 700 votes have been cast so far. Cast yours:
