[Summit] contractor company on east side

Please forgive-me for my grammar.
But just happen with me.
One contractor with LEFT OVER MATERIAL was able to take over one job that I was doing since he offered the client material for FREE.
Well we are talking about mahogany wood for porch.
Someone paid extra to let someone else to have a nice deck for free.
And this happen on east side.
I am a contractor and really honest and I can not underdant people like that.
Alwasy check what are you paying for and go over with your contractor.
