[Summit] Flickering lights

Thanks for bringing this up, Tom.

One evening last week I noticed that the light bulbs in one of our
rooms were dimming and brightening. (I was in this room quite a while
and didn't check the others.) I've noticed this before, but it was
when my husband was on the computer. These lights and the computer
and printer are on the same (old) circuit, and I had figured that the
computer and printer were taking power away from the lights. But last
week my husband was away when I noticed this dimming and brightening.
Ever since, we've been wondering if the ancient wiring in our house is
giving out or whether the electrical stream coming from the company is
uneven.
