[Summit] recommendation for mason, pointing; mice?

We had a problem with mice a few years ago.
It was solved with - guess what? - old-fashioned
mouse traps - many of them, placed in the basement
according to the directions of our great pest
control expert, David Jones.
His Bio-Tech Pest Control is the only one in
Rhode Island that is reliably and completely
environmentally friendly. He also took care
of termites here a while back, with baits,
not toxic gas! Here's his listing from our

As for why so many mice this year - the entrance
point would help - and it has suddenly gotten
really cold out there for October!
