[Summit] verizon bundle

We got few problems with verizon:
1. we never got the FREE TV. Toke us almost one year to get a disccount.
2. The speed sometimes is not that fast, even so when we use a new mac.
3. Toke long time for them to answer my complains at BBB.
4. I am still not sure that is really fast as they say.
5. There is a big problem also, if we buy a movie in one room we cannot watch in antoher room (kind stupid for me). We have to buy it again and than ask for rebate.
6. One time we got a speed so lower that the guy from Verizon could not figure it out what is going on.
The rest goes like any another service.
Marco

Good question, Liberty-
Despite reassurances, and a program called "... Switch", I did lose my e-mail address book I had with Cox, and had to inform people of the switch myself- I did not try to call Cox and get them to help etc-
It is not supposed to happen that way, but.... That was the only not good thing, but that was pretty big-
Kathy
