[Summit] New Playground FYI

My colleague took her kids to the playground at Lippitt this weekend and wanted me to mention something about the new slide.  She saw one child get injured and another one almost injured because their shoes got stuck on the plastic, causing them to fall forward.  One child had a bloody nose after.  If the kids lift their feet up or take their shoes off they would probably be OK, but rubber soled shoes catch on the slide.  In addition, there is no signage stating that the playground is intended for children ages 6+.  So, bottom line, if you have kids just take precautions on the new slide.
