Please go back a bit through this month's archived messages. Fair warning
on any proposed (that's the key word, Eng -- "proposed") changes has
already been given, as well as info on when you can make your uninformed
voice heard.

You would think people LIVE in the park with the amount of effort they use
spouting off incorrect rhetoric. Please correct me if I'm wrong and people
do actually live in the park. I apologize in advance to them.
