[Summit] Community Garden

Sounds great!  As I indicated in the survey, I enthusiastically
support community gardens in little-used or unused spaces.
I think Lippitt Part is too busy and crowded for this.

The other suggestion I've made is for SNA to host a kind of
"buddy system" to connect folks who have property with space
for gardening with others interested in sharing work and crop.
(Or, as in some places, having someone else do the work
in exchange for half the crop).
