[Summit] NON SMOKING two bedroom apartment with good size dry basement storage

Looking for any ideas in our area,
We really don't want to move but I think we have to.
We are being smoked out- I am allergic, and the upstairs tenants are making
me sick (despite having signed a non-smoking apt lease)
We are looking for a stable situation we can stay in.
Clean, quiet, economical, no smoking ever.
