Thanks for the reply's---this has been an ongoing problem I have  had for 
several years now--and NO ONE is willing to step to the plate and help  
resolve the issue.
Like I have expressed-It Is ridiculous!!  Plus there is a  nursing home 
down the street-and (possible)  major congestion if emergency  vehicles need to 
get through. Perhaps is there is some type of mishap---then and  only then 
will someone take note of this ongoing situatuation.
