The ticket I complained about was given, it turns out because I was more than 1'foot from the curb. I have a small car and had centered myself on a very big car in front of mine. Even though I was not over the parking lane line I got a ticket. So be careful when you park. $30, let's see that is 3+ avon movie tickets. sigh. E
