A few brief answers for you, Andrew:
> 1. Jesse: what is your role in the project? (Just a curiosity)
I'm the founder of an organization called Save The Fountain, which launched the fountain project. At various times, including the present, I've been a member of the Summit Neighborhood Association Board of Directors.

> Where did the money come from?
Since it's the only resource I have in front of me (again, in the interest of distributing labor, I note that anyone can locate identical information with any search engine), I quote a Providence Journal article: "Mayor David N. Cicilline’s office said on Monday the Parks Department was recently awarded a $58,900 grant from Champlin. It will be added to about $112,000 the department has allocated for the project and $10,000 that the neighborhood association raised."

> considered/planned?
They include lighting, paving, landscaping, and architectural improvements.
