[Summit] knife sharpening

Sorry if this has been posted before....

Call me lazy, but I'd rather pay someone to put a perfect edge on all  
our kitchen knives than to do a poor job myself.

The days of the guy with a grinder wheel on a cart behind a horse are  
gone, but does anyone know of someone (preferably in the  
neighborhood)  who does a professional job of knife-sharpening?
