I certainly think there's a happy medium.
On one extreme is what's been happening lately, with Marco posting every
health related article he can find, whether it's genuine or spam, and on
the other there's what you're suggesting below.

I love that this list exists, but there have to be soft boundaries.

Very off-topic discussions can be taken offline into an e-mail exchange.
