Your friend might try Kevin Fox at Kevin.Fox at NEMoves.com.  He's a  
Coldwell Banker Realtor located on the East Side.

I don't have personal experience with him  as a realtor (he's the  
husband of one of my daughter's teachers)  but last year I gave his  
name to a new colleague. Kevin found the family a house they loved and  
they were very happy with the experience. He also helped one of my  
wife's colleagues find a place.

I can't speak to Kevin's  experience with the specific types of  
properties you mention.
