[Summit] Plumbing Problems?

Is anyone else experiencing any problems with their plumbing? Each time the city does work on our neighborhood streets we experience a back-up. It's quite frustrating and expensive to resolve and of course, the city doesn't want to hear about it - they claim no responsibility - even though, it only happens to us when they rip up our streets. Just curious if anyone else is having issues.
