[Summit] Lifting parking ban - how about a white paper?

I have to say I'm completely conflicted about lifting the overnight parking
ban. But then again, we have space for 3 cars in our driveway (behind each
other, entails a lot of moving around) so there is room for the overnight
guest. It would be nice to have a comprehensive pro and con and the options
on the issue to consider - one side, alternate sides, resident permits, etc.
etc

P.S. While this doesn't affect alternate or one side street parking, I do
have to note that there have been multiple times when I've heard either a
school bus or recycling truck beeping their horn as they can't (or won't)
get up 9th Street when cars are parked directly opposite on both sides.
Someone (sometimes me) has had to come out to move a car. Luckily, I'm
often here during the day and if it is my car, I can do that.
