The list server will forward attachments.  The limitation is on message
size.  Most pictures are very large, but if you scale them down to a
reasonable size first, they will go through.  The overall message size
limit is 80KB.  Also, if you are unable to keep your message within
the limit, but have a good reason, you can contact me and I can make
exceptions.

Including a link, as suggested above, will always work!
