[Summit] fountain project question

A canvas for graffiti artists.  Sorry, that was the first thought that popped into my head when I saw it. 

I don't know what the final design for it is but if the exterior is going to remain cement block there is opportunity for making a more attractive structure.  I hope the park service realizes that and is open to suggestions.
