I need to put 3 short video clips (under 10M) into .mpg format.
HELP!! please... Can someone convert them for me, or tell me how to get that out of iMovie HD 6.0.3 or Mac OS10.4??

Somehow, without my permission or awareness, Apple "upgraded" my iMovie program, which actually trashed it, for my purposes.  


I had been warned to NOT upgrade it, and tried to protect it, so I do not know how it happened.

Now I can NOT get it to do what I need. It's full of useless bells & whistles, but won't do the simple stuff.


I only get .m4v and .mov  which are not what the grant applications want.

The change also made my iMovie manual COMPLETELY useless.
I also have NO interest in HD, which makes even LARGER data files for no purpose.  


Grrrr.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
