Graphic Services at Brown U can do that for you. See this web page:
http://www.brown.edu/Facilities/Graphic_Services/services/svcs_drymount.html

Call them at the number on the page (M-F) to see which of their several
facilities does the foam dry-mounting.  You need no affiliation with Brown
to use Graphic Services; they are a regular business.
