[Summit] house painter recommendation wanted

My house had been a rental and had a very rough surface from multiple poor paintings. A neighbor recommended Ted Kenny to me and he removed the old paint to the shingles and put on two smooth coats. He knows his stuff and made sure I was pleased. He was quick and reasonable too: 338-9989.
