[Summit] Suspicious vehicles, Prov Water

Dear Neighbors,

I find it very unusual that crucial time passes as people try to "solve the 'crime  of the day'"  on their own with discussions going back and forth regarding unsettling sightings.

We pay dearly, through taxes, for our fine patrolmen.We have always been told at meetings by the Police to call when there is ANY suspicious activity occuring. They are the ones who could be better equipped to handle such situations.

I have seen foot and bike patrol units pass by my house. Perhaps the Providence Mounted Unit could make their presence known, as well.

As to Providence Water working in the neighborhood being legit or not...Call Providence Water and ask!
