I emailed Paul privately, but if you are self employed and NOT a member of the Chamber, you can use the same company the chamber uses: Health Service Administrators.  I have a 1 person blue cross policy with them.  They will run the numbers on all kinds of policies from all possible insurers and help you get the best deal possible.  They are amazing.
