[Summit] suspicious behavior

Knowledge is power. Get to know your neighbors all up and down the
street. Speak to each other, know who definitely belongs. Know who is
really having work done. Let's get the reputation as the neighborhood
of 10,000 eyes. Besides, there are lots of really interesting people
who live in this neighborhood. You might find some good friends.
