[Summit] covered sculpture???

  the sculptures are covered as part of ad hoc(?) actions at various  
sites to  protest Congressional threats to cut federal funding for  
the arts.  I gather that the Rochambeau library opened late today as  
its protest, and that the window of Frog and Toad are also covered.  
No doubt there are other actions around town. Check the website  
listed in the window of Frog and Toad. E
