[Summit] Trash not picked up

I'd send an email to Councilman Kevin Jackson - 
ward3 at providenceri.com. He'll probably never see it but the staff 
will get on Public Works.

I had a problem with the big wheeled can awhile ago. Two calls to DPW 
did nothing but when I sent it through the Councilman it was fixed 
the next day.

Makes no sense, but apparently that's not a requirement.
