Prevent Child Abuse RI used to collect them. You can call Kate Begin
401-728-7920 to see if they still do.

I'm also seeing that the Attorney General's office had a drive last month
for the Coalition Against Domestic Violence and that their drive says that
their recycler refurbishes the phones. The Coalition may still be taking
them. Always hard to know where electronics that have been recycled end up.
