Have you tried putting your Nokia model number and "battery" into ebay? Dealing with ebay can be a pain sometimes but if no one here can help you out, you may have luck there.

I am still using my ancient Nokia I'm fine with it, but the battery is
going.
Anyone with an old Nokia I could have?  Can't buy those bateries anymore.

Don't like these complicated new phones, with the tiny keys.
Not for arthritic fingers and arthritic brains....
