[Summit] Suspicion person on bicycle

A person in the neighborhood, who wants to remain anonymous, sent the
following for posting on the SNA list:



Today, I spoke to one of the administrative staff workers in the
Armory, and she told me that she reported to the police that she had
seen a suspicious man on a bicycle riding around the neighborhood,
talking on a cell phone at about 3:45pm this afternoon. She said he
was white, about 40 years old, scruffy beard, had a faded red
knapsack, was wearing a bicycle helmet and was wearing patchwork,
plaid style shorts.

She observed him riding around back and forth past the Armory. He went
up and down Memorial Road, around to Edgehill Road and Dexterdale Road
and went up and down Camp Street repeatedly, stopping and looking at
houses. She said he saw her looking right at him, and he went down
Stenton Avenue to get away.

If you could pass this information on to everyone ,(without bringing
my name into it), and ask everyone to call 272-1111 right away if they
see him, I would appreciate it. She told me that the police are out
looking for him right now.
