reasons."
*EXCUSE ME!!* no wonder their pile STINKS- someone PLEASE teach these ding
dongs something about composting!!!
The in-between layers should be something like dry leaves (not necessarily
literally) or dirt or already finished compost or similar
absorptivematter- to "dry" and "dilute" the over-rich straight
garbage. The whole
thing needs to be treated as a LIVING organism. Even if the glass is
finely ground till is is basically sand, with chewed up labels mixed in, it
would be completely inert and too dense & heavy- suffocating the pile even
on top.

Are our administrators* trying* to make Providence a target for ridicule?
They are doing a good job, especially at the dump.... for years now....
